Lil Jazz Group was founded in 2021 by jazz vocalist Lillian Mimi McKenzie and bassist Sebastien Ricard while attending Berklee College of Music.

Now based in Los Angeles, CA, the two musicians have a mission: to keep classic jazz alive through youthful and elegant performances of beloved standards, while also offering a flexible booking process for their clients.

Ranging from Trio to Septet, the Lil Jazz Group can fit your budget and space to ensure you and your guests always get the best experience.

Since its founding, Lillian and Sebastien — originally from the small town of Santa Barbara, California — have taken the Lil Jazz Group across the country and have performed at restaurants, clubs, bars, outdoor stages, private events, and jazz institutions from Coast to Coast.
